Christchurch Chinese Methodist church - new church building
Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 12:59AM Christchurch Chinese Methodist Church will be celebrating 15th anniversary in March this year.
Front of Church Time flies and it has been 15 yrs since this church has started. God have used this church to save and equip many of us over the last 15 yrs as all of you have witnessed. God has blessed us this year when we are heading towards 15th year anniversary with a new church builidng. Yes, we are buying a church, and it has just been confirmed today. We should be able to move into this church in February, ie. next month. Praise the Lord.
Some of you may know or remember this church building. It is at Merivale, just next to the Merivale mall by a busy road - Papanui Road. It's a classic looking church with a land size of nearly 2000 metre square. It has a separate hall that has a badminton court which we can use for fellowship meetings. Incidentally, this is also the first methodist church ever being built in Christchurch.
